What You’ll Do
As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT support, ensuring smooth operations and excellent user experiences. Key responsibilities include:
– Providing first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat
– Logging, tracking, and resolving incidents and service requests
– Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
– Escalating complex technical problems to relevant teams
– Assisting with password resets, account access, and basic system configurations
– Documenting solutions in the knowledge base for future reference
– Ensuring SLA compliance and customer satisfaction
Who We’re Looking For
– 6 months to 3+ years of experience in IT support or service desk roles
– Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking
– Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Zendesk
– Excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach
– Ability to work in shifts and handle multiple tasks efficiently
– ITIL Foundation certification (preferred but not required)
