Eligibility And Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or have recently finished a BE, BTech, or BSc in a relevant discipline
  • Foundational knowledge of operating systems, networking, and databases
  • Keen interest in enterprise IT, IBM i (AS/400) systems, and technical assistance
  • Experience with RPG, CL, or DB2 is considered a beneficial advantage
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and support procedures
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and collaborative abilities
  • Eagerness to master IBM i tools, commands, and support methodologies

Role And Responsibility:

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving problems for IBM i systems and related software.
  • Gather system logs, perform initial error analysis, and accurately record case information.
  • Deliver initial support via email, ticketing systems, and live communication channels.
  • Route more complicated technical problems to higher-level support staff when necessary.
  • Aid in maintaining and enhancing the team’s knowledge base and process documentation.
  • Take part in training programs to develop skills in enterprise computing platforms.
